Healing
If you’ve already gone through our “trials” and are now the proud owner of a new tattoo — it would be a shame to ruin it during healing, right?
To achieve the best results while healing, it’s worth keeping a few simple but very important rules in mind. All of the following information is advisory. It’s more of a theory on tattoo healing, based on collective observations of tattoo artists and over half a century of modern tattoo history.
A fresh tattoo should be washed several times a day.
A fresh tattoo needs to “breathe.”
It must not be irritated or overheated.
A fresh tattoo should be moisturized with specialized care products.
Hygiene rules must be followed to avoid infection.
It’s a good idea to take a day off after the session so your skin can regenerate calmly.
No gym for 10 days!
These are general guidelines for healing any tattoo, but every case is different. Healing a tattoo on the ear differs from healing a colorful tattoo on the thigh. For this reason, we’ve prepared a detailed instruction guide for all types of work we do. Just choose your category, read it, and follow the recommendations.
